How to Order

Welcome to Vegan Patty Lady! We’re thrilled to offer you our delicious vegan patties straight to your doorstep. We’d like to provide you with some important information regarding our delivery schedule. You can be enjoying our frozen vegan Jamaican food very soon!

When you place an order through our website, please note that shipments leave our kitchens twice a week on a Monday and Thursday. All Monday shipments, orders must have been placed by 5pm on the previous Friday. For all Thursday shipments, orders must have been received by 5pm on the previous Tuesday.

At Vegan Patty Lady we take great pride in delivering our mouthwatering vegan patties to your doorstep, fresh and ready to be savoured .

To ensure the fastest and most economical delivery, we have partnered with Evri and DPD. In most cases orders will be received the very next day or not long after that.

Your patties can be safely be refrozen and kept to their specified best before dates.

We understand the importance of preserving the quality of our vegan patties so that you can enjoy them at their very best.

If you’re located close to, or in Catford, South East London, we’re pleased to offer you the option of arranging a local collection for your pre-paid vegan patty orders. To request a collection, simply email us at info@veganpattylady.co.uk or give us a call on the following phone number: 07968 352 165.

Please keep in mind that local collection availability is subject to scheduling and availability. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us to make arrangements and confirm a suitable pickup time before you place your order. We understand the importance of flexibility and convenience, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your collection request.
